About

Built by operators, for operators.

Goode Growth Media exists because contractor marketing had become a layer cake of vendors, account managers, and excuses. We strip the layers. Two of us run the technical work. Two trusted partners handle the operational work. That's the company — four people, locked in.

Who we are

Two operators, one obsession.

Thaddeus and Jonathan started Goode Growth Media after watching too many contractors get sold the same broken story: an agency promises a website, an ad campaign, an SEO retainer — and three months later the funnel is a Frankenstein and the leads still aren't coming.

We built the opposite. One team. One direction. One accountable group of four people. Everything that touches your marketing — the site, the ads, the campaigns, the reporting — comes from inside the company. No wholesalers, no white-label, no excuses.

The operators

Hands on, every account.

Thaddeus Goode

Thaddeus Goode spent his early career in the music industry — helping artists translate raw talent into audiences, and audiences into income. He learned how attention actually moves: what builds trust, what closes a sale, what compounds month over month. Two years ago he turned that playbook toward a different kind of operator — the contractors, tradespeople, and small-business owners who keep this country running. At Goode Growth Media he runs SEO and website builds, applying the same craft of audience architecture to filling schedules instead of arenas. He's hands-on at every stage, from technical infrastructure to page-by-page copy.

Jonathan Wilensky

Jonathan Wilensky is the paid-media operator at Goode Growth Media. He came to GGM after years in performance marketing at PHD — one of the world's largest media agencies — where he ran campaigns for major brands across search, social, and programmatic channels. He's now applied that operator-grade rigor to a market PHD never serves: contractors and small-business owners who can't afford to waste a single ad dollar. At GGM he handles every paid channel — Google, Bing, Meta, Nextdoor, Local Service Ads — plus the analytics and weekly reporting layer that ties it all together. Staten Island native, CCNY grad.

What we believe

Three principles. No exceptions.

01

Data beats opinion.

Most contractor marketing decisions get made on gut. Ours don't. The number tells us what to do — what's converting, what's leaking, what to kill. Opinion is the worst kind of strategy.

02

Design builds trust.

Your site is the first thing a $50,000 customer sees. If it loads slow, looks generic, or buries the phone number, you don't get the call. Design isn't decoration — it's whether the next click happens.

03

Process creates profit.

Tactic-of-the-month doesn't compound. A repeatable system does. We work in 90-day cycles: ship, measure, refine, ship again. The compounding is where the real money lives.

How we work

12 months, measured.

Marketing that compounds runs on a clock. Here's what's happening at month 1, month 3, month 6, and onward — so you know whether the work is on track without waiting for a quarterly review.

Month 1

Audit & foundation

Every leak gets documented. Site rebuilt or optimized. Schema, page speed, lead capture, ad accounts wired. Tracking is firing on day 30.

Month 3

Compounding starts

SEO begins ranking. First booked appointments from paid traffic. Weekly reports show momentum. The guarantee anchor hits at day 60 — 3 qualified booked appointments by then or you don't pay.

Month 6

Cycle is humming

Ads have real ROI data. SEO is ranking on multiple terms. Content engine is producing. Most wins from here are optimization, not setup.

Month 12+

Compounding compounds

The system pays for itself many times over. We move into ongoing strategic mode: bigger creative bets, expansion territories, scaling what works.

The team

Just four of us. Total.

Thad runs SEO and website builds. Jonathan runs paid media and analytics. Together they own every technical engine and the strategy on top of it. Two operational partners we've worked with for years handle admin and outreach. That's the entire company.

What this means for you: when you call, one of us picks up. When something breaks, one of us fixes it. When the work changes direction, you don't get a new account manager — you get the same email thread. There's no agency overhead because there's no agency to feed. Just the four people who actually do your work.
