1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Goode Growth Media website ("goodegrowthmedia.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Services

Goode Growth Media provides digital marketing services for contractor businesses, including but not limited to:

• Website optimization and design
• Digital advertising campaign management
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Campaign creative design

Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements between Goode Growth Media and each client.

3. Guarantee Policy

Our day-60 guarantee — at least three (3) qualified booked appointments through the system within sixty (60) days of launch — is subject to the following conditions:

• Client must provide timely access to all required platforms and accounts (website hosting, domain registrar, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, analytics)
• Client must approve creative assets, copy drafts, and configuration within agreed timeframes
• A "qualified booked appointment" is defined as a prospect within the client's defined service area, meeting the agreed budget signal, who has scheduled a call or in-home visit through the system
• If the day-60 number is not met, Goode Growth Media will continue building and optimizing without charging a retainer until the number is met
• After day 60, any month in which the system fails to meet the agreed monthly output bar will be invoiced at zero (free)
• Guarantee terms are further defined in the individual service agreement signed by both parties

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Goode Growth Media and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

5. User Submissions

When you submit information through our forms, you grant Goode Growth Media permission to use that information to provide our services and communicate with you about potential business opportunities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Goode Growth Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
